When we set out to design GO2Bank, Greendot’s new flagship product, we decided to start from scratch to avoid inheriting legacy pitfalls. We challenged the status quo and pushed the envelope, by going beyond the traditional banking experience and providing an innovative, mobile-first approach to banking. We employed design thinking to ensure the app would address core user needs and be easy to use. Despite the complexity of creating a mobile banking app, we were able to design and launch GO2Bank quickly, thanks to our efficient design process.
