I was asked to give a presentation on “What makes a killer UX”. I emphasized the importance of listening to user feedback and gathering insights directly from the customers, rather than copying the competition. I stressed that a user-centered approach is crucial for creating a product that truly meets the needs of its intended audience and sets us apart from the competition.
