The integration of Ethernet ports and WiFi capabilities into televisions marked the beginning of a new era in consumer electronics, presenting an opportunity for innovation in the viewer experience.

I ran a series of working sessions using the “Lean UX” process to establish a design point of view for our work on Rovi’s next-generation guide. Lean UX provided us with tools to define assumptions, hypotheses, personae, and product features by focusing on achieving desirable and measurable outcomes before we began the design phase.
