Green Dot has served over 33 million customers since 2001. Despite being in business for two decades, the company's branding and packaging design had only undergone minimal changes. Additionally, Green Dot had faced significant challenges with customer experience and satisfaction, resulting in negative perceptions of the brand, as evidenced by complaints on social media. To address these issues and stay competitive, we collaborated with Darling.nyc to take proactive steps to update its branding and help improve it’s brand image.
